I want to personally reach out and applaud everyone for the great job they did.
We initially had another company check out our server room AC, 3 times, and they weren’t able to fully identify the problem. Your guys came in once, figured out what was wrong and also spent the time to explain it to me. I really appreciate it because being an Office Manager, and a female, I am usually thought to be incapable of understanding details (it’s unfortunate, but that is how I’m treated at times by vendors). I not only learned what the problems were, but it was also explained to me how they figured out what the problems were.
After signing the proposal, the customer service representative kept in touch w/ me and updated me about what was going on on your end. If I had a question, there was a quick response. If I didn’t understand, it was explained. When there was a slight delay in the last part arriving, I was updated right away and received all the details needed.
The techs were very respectful of our space, and laid back enough to fit in with the office vibe. They were always very friendly with me and I constantly saw a smile on their face. The job was done a few hours earlier than predicted, and they left the space cleaner than they found it.
Your techs are welcome in this office anytime, I hope they feel comfortable enough to stop by, say hello and enjoy some snacks.
