Marketing Administrator

Reporting To: The BP Group President 


Core Responsibilities

  • Schedule client visits and task the field ‘Client Relationship Managers’ in their directive of maintaining the relationship between the client and BP Group
  • Manage problems noted by the ‘CRMs’ and appropriately prioritize to ensure action is taken by appropriate internal party for follow-up and resolution
  • Generate awareness of the brands and implement strategic social media campaigns that will drive results for The BP Group
  • Assist in planning and responsible for the execution of all marketing efforts
  • Coordinate the business strategy and digital objectives in order to execute the most appropriate social media campaigns, programs, dynamic site content and tools
  • Monitor, measure and otherwise guide the presence of the brand to develop brand awareness and social media engagement.
  • Plan, develop, and maintain new social media communications efforts as well as make recommendations regarding the use of current and future social media channels.
  • Work with partners and external vendors to align strategic initiatives that protect and develop the integrity of the BP brand


Other Responsibilities

Social Media Coordination

  • Assist in the implementation of social media strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the company to ensure its effectiveness and encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques into the company culture and into all of the company’s products and services
  • Provide updates and reviews to management at various levels to educate and inform about social media activities, policies, competition, and achievements
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
  • Plan and manage social media campaigns across several different platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, blogs, etc. while keeping in line with company best practices
  • Monitor trends in social/traditional media tools, trends and applications
  • Maintain a robust community while keeping the voice of the brand, participating in dialogue with the customer when appropriate
  • Coordinate social media content development with other communications projects
  • Work with graphic designers as needed, to produce creative for use in social media campaigns
  • Create regular blog posts based on industry and company related events, news, reviews, etc.  


Marketing Coordination

  • Prepare and maintain marketing collateral including company presentations, services descriptions, case studies and client testimonials
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of brand messaging to drive brand awareness and public recognition by identifying and understanding target consumers
  • Establish effective awareness efforts to support traffic, conversion, retention model
  • Work with internal and external resources to deploy the organizations CRM system
  • Manage CRM (SalesTracer) database for The BP Group
  • Manage SEO and SEM to drive web presence and standing using appropriate vendors


Qualifications and Experience

  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives
  • Experience with social media platforms including blogs, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram + more
  • Familiarity with social listening tools
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Understanding of basic HTML, web analytics and Word Press
  • Strong self-starter who thinks on his/her feet to solve problems. Ability to recommend, and initiate work and projects with minimal direction
  • Creative, strategic and analytical thinking. Experience working closely with cross-channel partners across various business functions
  • Uncanny attention to detail, unrivaled time management skills. Exceptional initiative & follow-through skills
  • Superior interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; ability to thrive in a cross-functional, team-based environment is critical
  • Results-focused approach. Ability to multi-task effectively and ensure that projects are completed with accuracy
